Outstation Multi-Day Billing Policy (300 KM/Day Rule)
For all outstation trips across Gujarat and India, billing is calculated on a minimum of 300 km per day (including rest & halt days). If the actual total distance driven exceeds this minimum, billing will simply be calculated on actual kilometers driven at the agreed per-km vehicle rate.
Example: Even if actual travel on local days is less than 300 km, the minimum daily benchmark of 300 km applies because the vehicle and driver remain exclusively on-call for your family throughout the entire booking duration.
Billing & Rental FAQs
❓ How does the 300 km/day minimum rule work?
For multi-day outstation trips across Gujarat and India, billing is calculated on a minimum of 300 km per day. For example, a 3-day trip has a minimum billable distance of 900 km, even if the actual distance driven is 700 km. If you drive 1,100 km, you pay for actual 1,100 km.
❓ Do I have to pay for driver halt days?
Yes. Since the chauffeur and dedicated vehicle remain exclusively reserved for your family during your stay, the 300 km/day minimum applies to rest days as well.
❓ When is the advance deposit returned?
The deposit (₹4,000 for Force Urbania / ₹2,000 for other cars) is adjusted directly in your final trip invoice upon return to Keshod.
❓ Are toll taxes, state permits and parking included?
Toll taxes, inter-state entry taxes, and temple parking fees are paid directly at actuals by the passenger during the journey. Fuel and driver allowances are included in the per-km rate.
